Cemetery information:- After doing a bit of research, it was found that these soldiers were killed on the farm Spytfontein, about 8 km south of where they were buried. The area is/was called Doringberg (Doornberg), close to the Aldam Dam and that is what their place of death is recorded as on the official documents. Spytfontein was also the farm of Olaf Bergh, a controversial "joiner" who led a commando, during the Anglo Boer War. We have the coordinates of the farm, but not the graves. The owner says the graves are on the North Eastern boundary of the farm. Album complete. eGGSA captions by: James Anderson The GGSA Cemetery DVD only has information on the cemetery location. Cemetery ID: 6733 Google Earth Cemetery Initiative Information:- GPSID: 8075 GPS of farm: -28 12.532, 27 14.673
