Additional information from Johan van Rooyen:
One grave to be added, that of WOLMARANS, who died during Boer War of 1902. Fell from his mule when it was spooked and his mauser rifle stuck into his abdomen. He was re-buried at De Hoop in March 1942, after the war, under the under leadership of J.J. (Hans Purekrans) van Rooyen and arranged by the War Commission.
