Information provided by photographer:- Under the Albania Settlement plan : John William Dugmore, lease dated 14/9/1869, rent £22.10. Rented by Wright, who owed £50 on this and Torquay for 1870 and 1871. Final title to Dugmore 30/8/1876. This property still belongs to the Dugmore family.
