Cemetery information:- Adriaan Swart, wat die foto ingestuur het, is van mening dat dit moontlik 'n Voortrekkergraf kon wees. Tot op hede kon die presiese identiteit van die persoon nog nie vasgestel word in die Burger geslagsregisters nie. Nadat verskeie mense ook na die datum gekyk het en, wat lyk soos 'n sementkopstuk, bespreek het, was daar by sommiges 'n gevoel dat die 8 van 1838 na 'n 9, dus 1938 verander is, moontlik deur die persoon wat die inskripsie uitgekrap het op die kopstuk. Adriaan het wel die volgende inligting deurgegee na ons toe: Ek het van die Erfenisstigting terugvoer ontvang van die graf van Andries Burger oorlede 1838. Volgens hulle was Andries Burger deel van 'n groep Trekboere wat reeds voor die Groot Trek in daardie omgewing inbeweeg het met hul diere. Hulle het ook verkenning gedoen met terugvoer na die Kaap, wat daartoe bygedra het dat die Groot Trek later gevolg het. Volgens hulle is hierdie grafte ook baie skaars en moet verseker bewaar word. Wat die korrekte datum is, kan ons dus nie bevestig nie.
