Also known locally as Buffelsjagsrivier private Farm Cemetery.
I asked the family who live in the area (and are related to nearly every one buried here) as to all the unmarked graves and the reply was that they were originally buried in a vlei on the farm deeper down in the valley. Most of their headstones had disintegrated over the passing of time, and being a farm cemetery, their names etc are no longer remembered, but they were linked to the Swart’s now buried in the current cemetery.
