eGGSA Graves - Worldwide

This is the grave of my grandfather, Pieter Christiaan Hendrik de Jager, born 18 February 1899, Lydenburg, Transvaal, South Africa (family search ID L29Y-85P).  He died in 1952 and is buried in Fort Jameson, North Eastern Rhodesia (now Chipata, Zambia).  He had been on a hunting expedition (with a few parties thrown in between if the family accounts are to be believed) and died while in the bush.  His helpers carried his body for four days on foot to Fort Jameson.
